JB Removal Services is owned by Jordan and Brayden — best friends since we were kids — and backed by a hardworking team, running a licensed and insured hauling business out of Martinsburg.
We've been best friends for over 18 years. We grew up together, played sports together growing up, and now we run this business together. When you call JB Removal, you're calling the owners — not a call center reading from a script. We handle the quoting and make sure every job is done right, and our team carries out the work to the same standard we'd hold ourselves to.
We're faithful servants of our local church, and that's not decoration on a logo. It's why we quote honestly, show up when we say we will, and treat somebody's home like it matters. The cross in our logo is there because our work is rooted in something bigger than a truckload.
Athletics taught us the work ethic. Brayden played college football and Jordan played college baseball, and hauling is physical, unglamorous work — stairs, crawl spaces, hot attics, heavy furniture. We're both current students working toward our bachelor's degrees while we build this business, and that same discipline carries over — we don't cut corners because we got tired halfway through.
We started this business because the Eastern Panhandle needed a hauler that answers the phone, gives a straight price, and leaves a place cleaner than they found it — every time our team shows up. That's the whole idea.

We tell you the price up front and break it down. If a job turns out smaller than expected, we say so.
